Cancellation and Rescheduling

Once an appointment is confirmed, no cancellation is accepted(apart from unforeseen circumstances such as illness) but we allow one reschedule if 24 hours or more notice is given, otherwise we do charge £30 for the missed session ; Or, it would count as a completed session if this is with a pack.

No Show and Lateness

The session will be treated as a missed session if you are late for 20 mins or more than the appointment time and we do charge £30 for any missed session; Or, it would count as a completed session if this is with a pack.

In an unlikely circumstances, shall the information or advises we provide is conflicting against any Medical Doctors, please always follow the information or advises from a Medical Doctor or your GP.

Inform Consent

We will not perform any treatment without your consent; You can stop doing or refuse doing any exercises at any given time.

You have the absolutely right to withdraw from any sessions, although you may still need to pay for the session(partly or full) depending on the circumstances.

You have the absolute right to pause the session in the duration of the session, as many times as you like to ask any question or if you like any clarification during any session. You may choose to continue or to terminate the session after any pause, although you may still need to pay for the session(partly or full) depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service

We strictly do not offer any service or advise to those who are, or might be pregnant. It is the client's responsibility to notify us if you are, or believe you are pregnant.

We might not provide service to those whom we believe not suitable for our treatment or exercises session base upon the information you provide in the consultation form, and during our consultation. It is your responsibility to be as honest and as accurate as possible when filling out the consultation form and notify us any changes thereafter. You are encouraged to ask any question you may have before, during and after each and every session.

Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied with a parent or a legal guardian for the whole session.
