Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. This involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress significantly, and possible to open up some answers you are searching for during the session.
Although this is not a psychosocial or counselling session nor its replacement, there are some very useful and practical tools you will learn for your own mental wellbeing.
