FAQ

How many treatment sessions do I need?

We cannot answer this without seeing you first. However, base upon our experience the vast majority of people can find great results with one initial and one follow up session; Some will find their issue(s) completely resolved after just one session; while those who has prolonged chronic issue(s) might need 5 to 8 weekly sessions; We will send you away without charge if after the assessment and we believe we are unable to help you, or, you feel we are unable to help you.   

Can you guaranteed results?

No. In fact, you should be very curious if anyone offers you  guaranteed results.  What we  can promise you, however, is that we won't continue asking you to return for more sessions than you need, or, if we believe your issues are not something we can deal with: we would refer you right away in those cases.

Can I speed up my recovering process?

Absolutely! We will give you an individualise rehab  plan to take home; this usually contains 2 to 5 highly specific exercises and/or mobility drills. Sticking to this plan on a regular basis will definitely speed up your recovery significantly, and enable you to maintain the treatment's effect for a long period of time.  

Do I need to see you on a regular basis?

Yes, and no. We always aim to educate our clients to look after your own well-being while going through the sessions, as we believe no one should dependant on one another for their own health; meanwhile, it is a good idea to have a body check once in a while to make sure everything is in working order. In simple words, a good mechanic will teach you how to do small jobs and how to maintain your car, but you will bring your car for MOT and a service, right?


What do I need to bring with me and what to wear?

For a treatment session, bring yourself a pair of shorts and a t shirt, we do everything through clothing. For a fitness session, just wear gym clothing and some water. 


What if you cannot help with my issues?

If after we assess and examine your conditions in the first session, and believe we are unable to help you, we will refer you, and you won't be charged(and refund your deposit). Under highly unlikely circumstances, if your issues make little or no progress after 3 sessions, we will then advise you to seek different kinds of treatments or consult your GP.   


We will be as honest as we can with you.



Should I train with you in the Gym Group or in your practice

For 1 :1 or 1 : 2 Boxing,  Tai Chi or Stretching Coaching, you can train in either. While we have enough training equipment for a very decent fitness training session in the practice, if you are after some Gym Specific Sessions, going to the Gym Group in  Corstorphine ( EH12 8HW) will be a better option( Separate gym membership for the gym cost £21.99 monthly).
