FAQ

How many treatment sessions do I need?

 We can’t say for certain without seeing you first as everyone’s situation is unique. However, based on our experience, most people notice great results after just one initial and one follow-up session.

Some clients find their issue completely resolved after a single treatment, while those with long-term or chronic problems may need a short series of 5 to 8 weekly sessions for lasting results.


If, after your assessment, we believe we can’t help you, or you feel our approach isn’t right for you, there will be no charge for the session. Our priority is always to ensure you get the most effective care for your needs.

Can you guaranteed results?

No — and in fact, you should be cautious of anyone who guarantees results.


What we can promise is honesty and integrity in your care. We’ll never recommend more sessions than you truly need, and if we believe your issue is outside our scope, we’ll refer you to the right specialist straight away.  

Can I speed up my recovering process?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a personalised rehabilitation plan to take home, typically including 2 to 5 carefully selected exercises or mobility drills tailored to your needs.


Following this plan regularly will significantly speed up your recovery and help you maintain the benefits of your treatment for the long term. 

Do I need to see you on a regular basis?

Yes and no. Our goal is to help you become confident in looking after your own body and well-being. We believe no one should be dependent on someone else for their health.


That said, it’s always a good idea to have a check-up from time to time — just to make sure everything is functioning as it should.


Think of it this way: a good mechanic teaches you how to maintain your car and handle the small jobs yourself — but you’d still bring it in for an MOT or service now and then, right?


What do I need to bring with me and what to wear?

For a treatment session, please bring a pair of shorts and a T-shirt — all treatments are carried out through clothing, so there’s no need to undress.


For a fitness session, wear comfortable gym clothing and bring some water to stay hydrated.


What if you cannot help with my issues?

If, after assessing and examining your condition during the first session, we believe we’re unable to help you, we’ll refer you to the appropriate professional — and you won’t be charged (your deposit will also be refunded).


In the highly unlikely event that your issue shows little or no progress after three sessions, we’ll advise you to consider alternative therapist or consult your GP.
