This one hour session is ideal for losing weight & getting in shape (fast, very fast), improve cardio system, as well as learning self defence skills.
A typical session will include 5 to 8 minutes warm up, techniques development, pads work, and finishing with 10 to 12 mins conditioning plus stretching at the end.
The pads work techniques carried out isn't based on Boxercise but based on real combat boxing techniques.
